The final PDE3 historical data load has occurred. All of your completed PDE3 courses are now listed on your Learnsoft transcript. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Note: There were no 21 hours for School Year 2021-2022. Please check Notices & Communications (memo) under the "Help" tab for further information.

Transcript: **UPDATE 8/27/2024 **

The final PDE3 historical data load will occur this weekend (8/30 - 9/2). You may notice changes to your transcript during this time (Historical Data will be cleared and re-uploaded). All of your completed PDE3 courses will show up on your Learnsoft transcript when the process is done.

Form 200-005(PD) **UPDATE 8/15/2024**

Technical issues related to Form 200-005(PD) for the 21 Hours Job-Embedded Professional Development SY 2023-2024 have been fixed. Please be aware of the following corrections:

- 5-Digit Numerical Number has been added to the Course Alpha & No (previously blank)
- Section End Date has been corrected to 6/30/2024

Transcript:

The current Learnsoft transcript contains PDE3 courses that were completed as of 4/26/2024.  All PDE3 courses completed after 4/26/2024 will be included in the final export, with the course data showing up on the Learnsoft transcript in August.

August 2025

• Credit hours changed to just Hours

• Professional Development changed to Professional Development Credits

• Credit Others changed to just Others

Information on 21-hrs PD credits for SY2024-25:

• JUNE 2025: DOE Principals/administrators will begin receiving 21-hrs spreadsheets and verify completion by June 30, 2024.

• JULY-AUG 2025: OTM will begin posting 21-hrs credits in the order of verified spreadsheets received.

As before, Charter School Principals/Administrators WILL NOT be receiving 21-hr spreadsheets for their schools (but may send in their own 21-hr completion list of teachers with empID#s) to pdb@k12.hi.us for credits to be posted.
